"I attended the UCSD Women’s Volleyball camp the summer entering my senior year of high school because I wanted the opportunity to play volleyball at a high level. Not only did I improve under the instruction of college level players and coaches, but I made great friends that I still keep in touch with today. I was able to experience life as a college student while living in the dorms and eating at the dining halls… and being able to enjoy the beautiful beach weather was a huge bonus! Overall, I had a great time at camp and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in having fun, working hard, and growing as a volleyball player."

"I had a great time at the UCSD Volleyball Camp! I originally chose the UCSD camp because I heard form many other girls it was a great learning experience and a good chance to play volleyball at a prestige college. I also chose this volleyball camp because I was very interested in attending UCSD and playing college volleyball here. I absolutely loved the camp! I met so many new girls who very talented and love volleyball just as much as I do! In fact I even met one of my current teammates Roxy Brunsting at the camp; we roomed together! It was four days where I learned skills and improved my techniques of hitting, blocking, passing and many others. The staff was awesome and they all really took the time to get to know each girl personally and really worked with me to make sure I was doing each skill correctly. Meeting and learning from the UCSD coaches and from some of the players on the team was very valuable to me and very helpful. The best part of the camp was on the last day, putting all the skills that we had learned over the past few days together and playing six-on-six against other girls at the camp. It was fun to finally compete! I would recommend this camp to any girl, any age, and at any level. It is just an all-around great experience to play volleyball learn from some of the best coaches and players in the country. It’s amazing how much you can learn and improve in four days at this camp!"
